Wedding in Hong Kong - Part 2 - Vows at House

Today Elissa and ??? are having a wedding party at their house on Lantau Island.

Unfortunately Jacqueline can't go as she today is the first of 3 mandatory field trips which are part of the Post Grad Degree that she is currently undertaking at Hong Kong University in Earth Science.

She has to take a boat to somewhere near China, north west of Hong Kong to study rocks and rock formations.

I am reliably informed that there will be plenty of wine at the wedding so I'm pretty sure already who is going to have the best day.

We took a taxi from Jacqueline's house to the MTR at Hang Hau then the MTR to North Point before changing lines to get to Central Station.

En route to the Star Ferry Terminal we stooped at a Starbucks in one of the Malls where Merlyn had a lovely Lasagne and I had a Beef Bourginion.

From Starbucks it was only a short walk to Central Pier 6 to wait for the 3pm Ferry to Mui Wo on Lantau Island. Everyone who was going across to Lantau island for the Wedding was taking the same Ferry and we met quite a few people that we had met at the registry Office before we got on the Ferry which took about 40 minutes to get to Mui Wo. When we arrived at Mui Wo Terminal we were met by Elissas son Sebastian who guided everyone up to the house which was a good 30 minute walk.
